We offer multi-sports sessions run by professional coaches for blind and partially sighted children and young people of all abilities.

Fun and Games for fitness

 

High School Musical Themed fitness, includes fitness cheerleading

 

Activities to encourage movement skills such as agility, balance and coordination.   Development of throwing, catching, running, jumping and striking skills.

 

Young At Heart

 

  Seated  Exercise

Exercise routines to a slower pace, low impact, light hearted. Includes stretching and relaxation.  Some equipment maybe used in this class

 

Exercise in chair, routines, toning and stretching, some exercises are standing with the support of the chair if required.  Some equipment maybe used in this class.

Boxercise

Using pads and gloves this exercise class is fun and full of energy
   

LBT

Aerobic routine 20 mins followed by muscle toning

What to Bring and Wear

* Bring some water and a small towel.
* Wear loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement.
* Wear trainers or fitness shoes
