Cheeky T'Weakers Bootcamp Monday 5th December
Would you like to trim up PDQ? When I do this for myself I usually drop in the region of half a stone in 2 weeks. Exercising twice a day for 2 weeks and using the nutrition guide. I feel great after a 2 week tweak. I have a flatter tum, feel stronger, look leaner, feel sexier :) and it's so pleasing to fit neatly into my clothes. Our summer Cheeky T'weakers bootcamp saw great results and we all had alot of laughs. <We start this bootcamp on Monday 5th December through to Sunday 18th December (you get homework for the weekends). Both weeks you'll be expected to attend Monday to Friday, for 2 sessions a day. Times of sessions 6.15am, *9.30am and at 6.30pm. Each workouts session will last no longer than 45minutes, this will include warm up and stretch, with the intense section lasting around just 20 - 25 minutes. The workouts are outside like usual 4 week bootcamp and are in the South Ashford area. If you can't make 2 each day you will be expected to do a homeworkout. *11.00am on Tuesdays
