Fitness Foundations runs 4 week Bootcamps.
You do the workouts, use the bootcamp guide along with the nutrition guide and you will shred inches, look leaner, feel stronger, build confidence and be full of energy. With 4 weeks of ongoing coaching to help motivate you, keep you on track, bootcampers are delighted with their results. During her time as a group fitness instructor, Sylvie has found it a little frustrating. Group exercise clients are not given the best chance to get a better body. Exercisers are able to turn up when they choose and eat what they like. There has never been any real committment doing "pay as you go" classes, there's no responsibility from the client or the instructor. Now we have committment and responsibilty, we have results!

Bootcamp Guide The Bootcamp Guide will assit you with how to get the best results out of your time with Shatter Fat Bootcamps. It's not all about the workouts. You are what you eat! The nutrition information is given to guide you in making more desirable food choices and can enhance the effects of the using the Diet alone. This booklet has been created by a bootcamper. She gives recipes she used that helped her achieve a massive 14 inches of fat loss and 9lbs in weight in just one bootcamp. Along with a week example meal planner

Bootcamp workouts are on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6.15am, 9.30am and 6.15pm
The location will be given on booking and is held in the South Ashford area. Sessions are Outside! Dress for the weather, you'll soon we warm and peeling off layers as well as shredding fat.

Your first Bootcamp will cost just £97 which includes induction meeting and access to guide, recipe booklet, meal planner and private group.
